Which of the ten ingredients carry authorised claims?

Three: vitamin B6, riboflavin and folate. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. How do I take it, and how long does one pot last?

A serving is 2 capsules a day. The pot holds 120 capsules, so that is 60 servings - two months at one serving a day. There is TMG in this formula - is that the same as your TMG product?

Same ingredient, different amount, and the difference matters legally. This formula contains 250mg of TMG per serving. The authorised betaine claim requires at least 500mg per portion, so we make no betaine claim on this product. Our TMG 1500mg product provides 1,500mg per serving and does carry it. What is 5-MTHF?

5-methyltetrahydrofolate, one of the forms folate can be supplied in. The declared figure is 100µg per two-capsule serving, 50% of the NRV. Folate contributes to normal blood formation. Folate contributes to normal psychological function.
